My wife Evah and I received a vision from God of taking care of orphaned children 12 years ago.  This was during the time when AIDS was sweeping across our nation with a high percentage of 30% affected.  We were obedient to God and began taking orphaned children one by one into our tiny home, and ended up having 13 in all.  

Thank God they are no longer babies; they have grown up to become teenagers and they are still living with us.  They are so precious to us, and all will be part of the growing staff at Destiny. When our home became too small to accommodate any more children, we cried out to God to provide an orphanage home.  In the year 2000, the Lord gave us a hill of 22 acres and we started by making our own bricks on site, baking them and finally construction could begin.  We had enough donations to construct two buildings; one to serve as classrooms, and the other for a dormitory. 

In January 2003, our dream became a reality when we opened Destiny Orphanage and School.
